If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us and we will gladly issue a refund within 30 days of the purchase date.
Items must be in original packaging, with all original tags attached, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused. Mail in returns applies to online orders only, in store purchased items can only be returned to where they were originally purchased.
Please note we will not be able to process returns or refunds for items that are not in the original packaging, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused with all original tags attached.
Online Returns Procedure
To return your item(s) to the online store:
- If you are returning item(s) only, complete the "Returns" section. Please Note: we will not be able to process your refund and we will send your package back to you if this form is not included with your return.
- Pack and seal the return form with the merchandise you wish to return securely in the original box. All returned merchandise must be unworn and in new condition with the original tags attached.
- Fill in the "From" section on the return Label (included with your order) and affix the label to the outside of your return package.
- Please note once a return item has been received and processed it cannot be returned back.
Please retain the portion of the Label with your tracking number. This number is required to track your return/exchange package. If you have misplaced your return Label, just call us at 1.888.775.7541 or send us an email a firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to send a new label to you.
At this time we are not able to process exchanges. If you need to exchange an item, please place a new order and send back the item you need to exchange following the return guidelines above and we will process your refund.
